ClaretandHugh is thrilled to announce that the contract which will make Manu Lanzini a West Ham player for eight million euros has been signed by the Al Jaziera club officials and the player himself.
Karren Brady will be responsible for putting the club's signature on the deal at the end of the season when the Irons will take over the two years left on the contract and add a further four years to it. The deal will happen.

I can't see how a contract is rock solid until it is signed. I can believe that the remainder of his contract with Al Jazeira is ours because we've previously signed a contract with them that includes that option, I can't see how the extra four years is nailed on though until we sign a new contract with the player.
